Truly the best real estate property management I have ever experienced. Respect given at all times to tenants and home owners and a thorough understanding of the Tenancy Act. so that everyone knows where they stand giving way to effective communication to all parties and responsibilities of all parties adhered to. I have been renting with H&H now for 3.5 years. I am never treated like a number when engaging with H&H. Communication and transparency is an area where the company excels.All my calls and emails are returned within small time frames. I am very pleased to have Melinda as our property manager as she has shown utmost professionalism in all that she does for us. We had a bad experience from self-managing, but Melinda has given me peace of mind in contrast. She has been efficient in handling our property matters from leasing to managing issues with our tenant and property maintenance. At all times, she has been cool headed, responsible and reassuring in her responses which I value a lot. I am very delighted that she finally opened her own agency and she can manage our property again 🙂 We have intentions to further invest in North Brisbane and would love for Melinda to manage our portfolio long term.
